Join Me in the Break

Join Me in the Break is a compilation of short readings which present a spiritual perspective on everyday incidents. Its author grew up in the Caribbean island of Montserrat where she trained as a Nurse. She is domiciled in Milton Keynes and spends her week in London where she works as well as caring for her mother.

This is her first book and the scenarios will invoke memories of experiences with which one can easily identify or relate. It is written in the easy conversational style that depicts the author’s thinking and is designed to generate further discussion and deeper exploration of the connection between things spiritual and mundane.
